To Tony, or whoever maintains Phonetic Punctuation

I just downloaded this add-on to play with a bit on one of my systems, and noticed a couple of things:

1. The description in the manifest (version 1.0), is for Sentence Nav.
That should have been a doc fail in review, I think, but I guess nobody noticed.

2. In the Readme,, the soundcloud link is not clickable. That should be made clickable via markdown in readme.md
