Noelia Ruiz
Hello:
In case someone is interested, I'm working in this pull request:
https://github.com/nvdaes/pcKbBrl/pull/10
There are people testing and talking with me privately, but you may
want to see the source code.
Thanks oseph for putting me in copy on this discussion, which is the
start of this work in progress:
https://github.com/nvaccess/nvda/discussions/14497
Cheers

hello: if νv αccess wants to include this in the core, ι will contribute if needed, we can make suggestions but they at last decide the path and roadmap for νvda development, like add-on authors decide about its maintenance; i will maintain the add-on, that is the task i am responsible for; what i mean is that i will help to include this in the core if appropriate, and also i do not think is a good idea for me to make a lot of effort to convince other developers to accept this in the core; hope this helps and sorry₣or mistakes, my iphone suffered a problem and sighted friends helped me to restart it to defaults values since voiceover did not speak at all, and i am configuring keyboard for now

Hi again:
This is a link with last changes for this add-on. This link is not
permanent since it's attached to the last automatic built on GitHub.
The add-on includes:
- Ability to configure dots to be used in one hand mode. Of course, we
can configure them like if we used two hands, for example, f, d, s for
dots 1, 2 and 3, and j, k l for 4, 5 6, but primarily maybe used to
type with one hand. In this mode we can use confirm and cancel keys,
or a timeout so dots are sent automatically. All this features have
been requested.
- Ability to configure keys to be ignored. For example, we can
configure b to be ignored so we can avoid typing this character
accidentally. This has been requested too.
- A button has been added to restore defaults in the dialog. Also requested.
- An error will be shown if we try to save options that may not be so
good, for example, if we configure some but not all dots, and if we
repeat keys, for example, dot 1 configured to number 4 and also number
4 configured for dot 2 or as a key to be ignored. This has been
discussed privately.
I'm thinking about avoiding to configure space as a dot or an ignored key.
Thanks Joseph to informing me about this request and cyrille for
reviewing, suggesting changes and approving my pull request on GitHub.

Feedback is welcome.
