I also don't have a source setup at the moment to do work on core, which is why I didn't try to do this, and won't be trying for some weeks at least. It does need to be done by somebody, however--ther

I think that is understood. What I believe is less understood, is how this is particularly different from the user exiting NVDA at this same stage--wouldn't the same resources still be allocated, and
