I use 6 for what I need it for it works well enough, however, its not my only solution and I do have one of the latest amd units and a lot of memmory and its a small workstation so that may help.

to be honest since windows 10 2019.3, I have noticed explorer a lot more flakey than I'd like. At least with the latest security update, though it did bugger things up with nvda running, at least now

Most of the sites these days do use recapcha and if it works when it works as long as you get the audio snippit then its fine enough. Sadly 10 bucks a month is to steep.
