Well there is a nv remote server somewhere I forget. But you could use that. There is teamviewer, there is an addon for it but not sure on access.

It uses port 6837. I can not find anywhere that they specify whether it is using TCP, UDP, or both. However, a brief look through the server code in the add-on, suggests that their only using TCP.

Just use nvdaremote.com. you don't need to open any ports
